Implementation

Starting from the urethra is pierced with a butterfly needle to the underside of the penis. The needle is inserted into the urethra at first somewhat withdrawn into the cannula, so that no injury. Is then placed the needle correctly, the needle is then performed by advancing the needle.

A more precise method takes the opposite approach: In the urethra, a metal tube (Receiving tube) inserted to the desired depth and then down the front edge gently outward. In the bulge of the needle is from outside. Receiving the tube prevents this turn that the urethra is injured.

If desired, the sticking points are previously local anesthetic. The healing time is about four to six weeks and is usually straightforward.

In very rare cases, the implementation of the PA piercings being represented to be difficult. This is the case when right next to the ribbon (frenulum praeputii) run blood vessels. Since those responsible for the blood supply to the erectile tissue in the penis are also experienced piercers here are cautious and do not necessarily suggest an attempt to pierce this place. While this is certainly possible, but is expected to take longer bleeding and pain.
